COPYRIGHT
However difficult it is to maintain an Adult website with free content downloaded from News Servers, it is not our policy to steal other peoples copyrighted work.. All of the pictures displayed on NeoCum do not have logo's or copyright information printed on to the image, this means that NeoCum has displayed the image without intent to steal it or damage another person's income. If you find that your image(s) are being displayed here, please do not hesitate to email me for a prompt removal or other agreement. An agreement can be one of two things:
1. I remove the image(s) immediately (within a respectable time frame of 48 hours or sooner)
2. I display your banner and Direct link to your site on the pages where your image(s) are displayed.I have always complied to the wishes of people finding images that they own and will continue to do so, there are alot of images on this site, so it is possible that images that are not meant for public display are accidently added to the archives. It is not our Intent!
We at NeoCum respect the fact that the owner(s) have to pay models and web space to display the pictures and as in most cases have had to buy an International Copyright and in turn charge their visitors to be able to view the image(s) we are not against this in any way, that is why we hope that by reading this we can come to a solution via email to remove or display advertising for the site and image(s) concerned.
History - 5 separate parties have emailed me after they have seen their copyrighted work on NeoCum, 3 of the parties have chosen to let the images stay on NeoCum with advertising of their site and 1 asked for the removal of one picture, another asked for the removal of a complete gallery, this was done within 24 hours and is deemed satisfactory. I have apologised in all cases via email. The only thing I need when someone emails me claiming copyright of pictures, is proof. In most cases this is not even nesassary because the email is sent via the .com website of the person concerned. That is in most cases enough proof.
